COMPUDM LLC operates OneChat and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy for the public website at https://onechat.co. The authenticated OneChat application and third-party channels may have additional notices for their own data flows.
Information you provide
When you request an integration review, the website collects your name, company, corporate email address, role, software name, software website, requested capability and consent to be contacted. When you contact OneChat by email, WhatsApp, support portal or another published channel, OneChat receives the information you choose to include in that communication.
Technical information
The website and its security infrastructure may process IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested URL and security events to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. The integration-review service uses the request address temporarily to limit submission frequency and does not place form data in the URL.
Purposes
OneChat uses this information to respond to requests, evaluate integrations, provide requested commercial or technical follow-up, protect the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery and keep records needed to manage the relationship or comply with applicable obligations.
Applicable grounds
Depending on the applicable law and purpose, processing is based on the visitor's requested steps and contact consent, performance or preparation of a service relationship, protection of the website and legitimate business operations, or compliance with legal obligations. Consent can be withdrawn for future contact without affecting processing already completed on another applicable ground.
Providers and recipients
Authorized OneChat and COMPUDM LLC personnel may access a request when needed to answer it. Integration-review submissions are delivered through Google Workspace email infrastructure. Cloudflare infrastructure provides application delivery, content distribution and security controls and may process limited technical request information. OneChat does not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Cookies and local storage
The public site does not provide local public accounts, public comments, profile images or a publishing dashboard. Hosting and security infrastructure may set essential cookies such as visitor, bot-management or security cookies. The language suggestion stores the selected locale in the browser under onechat-locale-suggestion-v1. The audited site does not require advertising cookies to submit the integration-review form.
Retention
Requests and related correspondence are retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain appropriate business and security records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Security and delivery providers apply their own operational retention periods. OneChat reviews deletion requests against records that must be kept for legal, security or contractual reasons.
International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's country. OneChat uses the provider and contractual safeguards available for the relevant service and limits disclosure to the information needed for that purpose.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about the processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw contact consent for future follow-up. A request may require identity verification and may be limited where retention is required by law, security or an active contract.
